We are an Independent Artisan Bakery, we believe quality and freshness are most important. Therefore baking takes place all day and night to offer you the best products. Most products are made individually and by hand.

The team - Our success relies heavily on the fabulous effort and team work that each and every staff member provides. The shop Manageress is Lisa and you will all know Simon who has been with us for over 10 years, then we have Chloe , our Saturday boy Russel & our newest member of the team Courtney . Our bakery products are produced by 4 skilled bakers and cake makers who have over 100 years experience between them. The team of 5 friendly shop staff have a diverse age range of 16-55.

Throughout the year we offer a steady stream of work experience to anyone who would like our help. Anything from taster days to 3 months of confidence and skills building. In the last 10 years we have had over 30 people come through to us from school work experience programs, crisis , remploy, young carers & many more.
Please always be patient with my team , we all start somewhere & just because something is not visible it doesnt mean they are not struggling or overcoming something by serving you. Look out for our 'In training' pinnies.

Our mission - We are a community feel bakery. Fair prices & a lovely team,we support local events & as many local people and charities as we can .
As a company we are trying really hard to reduce our carbon footprint and use small local companies for any of our needs .
